Thoughts on Eating Practices

I still want to keep the eating practices about eating on time. In my mind, eating on time is very important and good for people’s health. If people could eat follows a regular schedule, their rhythms of life will be in a good rule.
Besides, I want to make a change in my eating practices is I think I have to eat more vegetables. Normally, I have hamburgers and french fries when I am eating in the dinning hall. Although these food can make me full easily, but they do not health enough. They cannot provide enough nutrition for me. Eating more vegetables can offer me more different kinds of nutrition
